I/We certify that the following information is accurate and true to the best of my/our knowledge. If any of the information is inaccurate upon the receipt of the invoice then I/we understand if it is deemed a violation of the terms set forth in the Dealer Accounts Receivable Financing Agreement then the invoice may become the liability of the dealer.

I/We agree to conduct transactions with Interstate Billing Service, Inc., its successors, assigns, and/or designees, by electronic means, including as appropriate through use and receipt of electronic records and electronic signatures, as required by Interstate Billing Service, Inc., its successors, assigns, and/or designees.
